License

whatnow is provided by Junior Brito (brito.ai). You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the app.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and upon your acceptance Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Purchases

whatnow is free to use with all default categories. It offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Unlock Customization") that enables unlimited custom categories and activities. Purchases are processed and managed by Apple through your App Store account, and may be shared via Family Sharing where supported. Pricing is shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly. You can restore a previous purchase from within the app.

Acceptable use

Use whatnow lawfully. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the app working well but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer of warranties

whatnow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the app will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Activity suggestions are for fun and convenience; you are responsible for your own choices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
